ADVICE FOR LIVING

 

DO THE BEST THAT YOU CAN FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS BUT MAKE YOURSELF THE “BEST” FIRST.

TAKE OUT TIME FOR YOURSELF TO DO SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE THINGS THAT YOU HAVEN’T DONE IN A LONG TIME.

WORK OUT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK AND GET LOTS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DAILY. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND DECREASE YOUR INTAKE OF SALT, SUGAR AND CAFFEINE.

GET PLENTY OF REST TIME BY YOURSELF. WALK TO YOUR FAVORITE CAFÉ’ BOOKSTORE, BOUTIQUE, NAIL SALON, ART GALLERY ETC. SPEND SOME PRECIOUS MOMENTS BY YOURSELF FOR PRIVATE MEDITATION AND SELF-ENDURANCE.

TELL YOURSELF EVERY DAY THAT YOU ARE “BEAUTIFUL” AND DESERVE THE “BEST”. DON’T ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS.

BE HAPPY, BE GRATEFUL, BE UNIQUE, BE SUCCESSFUL, BE THE WOMAN THAT YOU WANT TO BE………………………..
